1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following words carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "twcbet4" or "Platform" — refers to the twcbet4.org website together with all services, games and functions provided through it.
• "Member" — refers to an individual who has registered a valid account on the Platform and is aged 21 and above.
• "Account" — refers to the user account registered by a Member using a unique username and password.
• "Real Money" — refers to funds deposited into an account by a Member using a supported payment method.
• "Bonus" — refers to credits or additional benefits granted by twcbet4 to a Member subject to certain conditions.
• "Services" — refers to all games, sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other functions available on the Platform.

2. Registration Eligibility

By registering an account at twcbet4, you confirm and warrant the following:

• You are at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Registering and using the Platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate and current.
• You are not registering on behalf of another individual or legal entity.

twcbet4 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure Member eligibility is met. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Member Account

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account on the twcbet4 platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and the funds within them forfeited following an investigation.

The responsibility for keeping an account secure rests entirely with the Member. This includes:

• Choosing a strong password that is not easily guessed by others.
• Not sharing login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Ensuring you log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Notifying twcbet4 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

twcbet4 is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's account caused by the Member's own negligence. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you unless a report of lost access has been submitted.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

twcbet4 supports a range of payment methods that are safe and convenient for Malaysian players. These methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20 regardless of the payment method.
• The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100.
• Withdrawal requests are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same Member's name.
• twcbet4 reserves the right to request additional documents before approving a withdrawal request for identity verification and legal compliance purposes.
• Deposits made with fraudulent intent or for money laundering purposes will not be processed and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

twcbet4 does not charge any hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals made by Members. However, third-party payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are outside of twcbet4's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

twcbet4 offers various types of bonuses and promotions to Members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions that must be met before any related winnings can be withdrawn.

100% Welcome Bonus up to RM888 — This bonus is given to new Members who make their first deposit. The bonus rate is 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. The applicable wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount received.

Wagering requirement calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Account balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 10 = RM1,000
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880

General bonus conditions applicable on this Platform:

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they must first be used for wagering in accordance with the stated wagering requirements.
• Each Member is eligible for each type of bonus once only unless stated otherwise.
• twcbet4 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through suspected fraudulent activity or promotion abuse.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another Member's account.

6. Game Rules

General principles that apply to all games on the Platform:

• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• If a technical disruption occurs during a game session, twcbet4 will work to restore the original state based on saved server records.
• twcbet4 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.
• The use of automated software, bots, artificial intelligence algorithms, or any unauthorised tools to gain an advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Suspicious betting or betting that shows signs of collusion between Members will be investigated and may be voided.

7. Member Conduct

twcbet4 Members are expected to use the platform in a responsible, honest and ethical manner. The following conduct is prohibited:

• Any form of fraud, attempts to deceive the platform, or misuse of payment systems.
• Money laundering or the transfer of funds linked to illegal activities.
• Use of payment cards or bank accounts not belonging to the Member.
• Inciting, harassing, or committing cybercrime against other Members or twcbet4 staff.
• Registering an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Transferring account balances to another Member through unauthorised methods for the purpose of moving winnings or bypassing wagering requirements.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension, a thorough investigation, account closure and forfeiture of account funds, without prejudice to any legal action that may be taken.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

twcbet4 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document or in the relevant game or promotion terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity linked to the account.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulators.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the twcbet4 Customer Support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and any active bonus wagering requirements are met or waived at twcbet4's discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

twcbet4 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted platform availability. twcbet4 is not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or third-party internet service failures.

twcbet4's liability to a Member under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount held in the relevant Member's account balance at the time the claim is made. twcbet4 is also not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of this platform.

10. Amendment of Terms

If a Member disagrees with any changes made, the Member should stop using the Platform and close their account. Continued use of the Platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
